History of global warming
Let’s think referring to the history of relating to “Global warming”.
The temperature of the earth was recited until the first half of the 1980′s though it was thought that it was not possible to come to hear it too much, “Earth cold making”.
However, the thing that was “Global warming” turned out “Earth cold making” as grounds were scarce, and a lot of scholars investigated in a scientific manner.
“Global warming” theory began to extend to the people general by having been made remarks, “It was correct that the hot weather in recent years was related to global warming” in the American Senate open hearing in 1988 though the theory of “Earth cold making” had actually spread between general people.
After Framework Convention on Climate Change is adopted by “Earth Convention” (United Nations conference) done in June, 1992, the place of a regular meeting will be set in the world politics.
The earth faced Global warming, and it agreed on the heat-trapping gas’s that the human race exhausted giving the important effect all over the world as the meteorological observation technology and the research advanced.
This mutual agreement is consolidated by the third evaluation report in 2001 and the fourth evaluation report in 2007, etc. international measures and correspondence are recognized a necessary, indispensable one though passed from “Global warming” institution now.
“Kyoto Protocol” becomes the largest-scale worldwide as a reduction obligation of the heat-trapping gas that is the key factor of “Global warming”.
The reduction of the heat-trapping gas has been done in various countries aiming at the accomplishment of a goal of the Kyoto Protocol in the 1990′s.
However, it becomes a situation that the reduction obligation becomes an underachievement in Japan though the reduction is advanced well in Europe.
